In fine feather: Recycled poultry waste rivals pashmina
Jaipur startup Golden Feathers is transforming poultry waste into sustainable products, including soft-as-pashmina stoles, shawls, paper, and bags. Founded by textile engineer Radhesh Agrahari, the venture collects discarded chicken feathers from butcheries, sanitises them, and repurposes them, reducing landfill and river pollution. The startup, backed by Brij Incubator, showcases its eco-friendly creations at the Serendipity Arts Festival.
